1. How do I sign up?

1. Click on the sign-up tab on home page

2. Fill out required fields and submit

3. Verify e-mail by clicking on the link sent to your e-mail ID

4. You may simply log-in via Facebook and begin browsing.

2. How do I set-up/change my profile?

1. For new users profile settings page will open when you click on the e-mail verification link. You may click on the ‘settings’ tab anytime you wish to change or update your profile. Make sure you fill out as many fields as possible to make your profile attractive. This allows us to find appropriate matches for you.

2. You may not be able to advance without filling out the required information such as ‘The Basics’.

3. If you have logged in via Facebook, your basic information, likes etc are extracted from your Facebook profile. You may change your Katoto Profile information by going to the settings anytime.

3. How do I upload my Photo?

1. Go to settings and select ‘Your Photos’ on the profile settings bar on the left of the screen and select a photo to upload.

2. If you have logged in using your Facebook login, Katoto will set your profile photo the same as that on Facebook.

3. You may add, edit or delete your photos at any time by going to settings and then selecting ‘Your Photos’.

4. Please make sure you upload a clear picture of just yourself! Profile Photos that contain pornographic images, cartoons and multiple people may be removed upon profile review.

4. How do I send a message?

1. To send a message to a member, click on their profile, type a in the provided space and send. The cost of sending a message is ‘two hearts’ each. If you are out of hearts, a message will pop up prompting you to ‘buy more hearts’ or ‘Ask your friends to send hearts’.

5. How do I check my messages?

1. The messages you receive are saved in your mailbox. To check messages go to ‘Mailbox’ and then ‘Inbox’.

6. What happens when I send a Smile to someone?

1. A Smile is the quickest way to let someone notice you. Your smile will be notified to them on their profile. They will be asked to smile back at you or pass.

7. What happens when I send a Heart to someone?

1. Sharing Hearts is what Katoto is all about! When you share a heart to someone, their hearts increase which:

• Increases their chances to be appear on ‘featured profiles’

• Enables them to send them more messages

The more hearts you send will definitely provide more opportunity to receive hearts as well.
